Architecture as an

Tsipa Villas is not a building with twelve units. It is twelve buildings with a shared philosophy. Each villa derived from Gaudí’s geometric laws. Each irrepeatable.
This is not a development project. It is an architectural position, executed in Florida limestone and aged bronze on the Intracoastal.
